This is a Maytag model A710, series 01 top-loading washer and matching dryer. I inherited this washing machine/dryer from my parents who bought it back in the early '80's! Believe it or not, the washer is still running like a champ. The dryer is not drying as well as it used to, perhaps it just needs a new heating element and probably needs to have the lint cleaned out of the exhaust vent. They are both in excellent condition considering their age. The enamel paint still shines like new. No rust or anything to speak of. Washer has hot and cold water hoses and drain hose. Dryer has three pronged dryer plug. These are amazing machines - definitely built to last. As the dryer has been taking two 60 min cycles to dry, my wife decided it was time to get a new washer and dryer. Couldn't really argue with her on that! Asking $60.00 for the set.Local Pick up only.
